They are a new company but I have known the owner for several years.  I had them do some work on a couple of my properties and experienced great results.  They also put in a couple of speed bumps at a new property we acquired and I felt like we received great customer service. The owner met with the manager and I to ensure that we received the most value for the money we were spending.  They provide free estimates.  You should definitely call Jake for a bid on any asphalt/concrete work that needs to be done.

They provided me with a free estimate and did phenomenal work on my property.  One of the biggest things for me was that the crews were clean and very well mannered, not just to my residents but in coordinating closures with my maintenance team.  The guy in charge, who also happened to be the owner, was available to me for any questions throughout the process.  He provided me with a plan of action and executed it without any issues.  This helped to minimize resident complaints while we were making necessary property improvements.  Sometimes huge projects such as this can cause the Manager a ton of issues with residents.  My experience with Asphaltic Surfaces was one of the best I have ever had.  They are TOP NOTCH and in my opinion, the BEST in the business.
